Need a special treat for a party or event? Herrell's® can help. Our ice cream cakes are made in-house in delicious flavor combinations packed to-go! Plus, with extra time, we can make you a custom ice cream cake in dairy and non-dairy options (please call the Northampton store for details). Please allow 10 days for custom cake orders. No-Moo and gluten-free ice cream cakes are also available.

All cakes are made by hand on the premises. They are frosted with Bettercreme® icing, which is non-dairy and soy-free. Inside are two layers of ice cream, with either cake or our special fudge/Oreo filling in the middle. The fudge/Oreo filling is Oreo cookies crushed and mixed with our hot fudge sauce, making a gooey-chewy center.
